FRC - Functional Range Conditioning

FRC is a thought process for assessing range of motion in joints, administering CARs, Controlled Articular Rotations as a daily practice for longevity and helping injuries heal through specific isometric exercises.  The isometrics include PAILS and RAILS, Progressive and Regressive Angular Isometric Loading that involve various exercises for various limitations/injuries and can be followed by, in time and with practice, with exercises that Load the tissues to strengthen the area and better prepare the body/tissues.   Lily is a certified FRC provider. 


Sessions are 1 - 1.5 hours
