SESSIONS with lily include movement for chronic pain.  

In a one on one session Lily includes postural analysis, offers jumpstart MAT to assess muscles that are weak & strong, FRC for specific Mobility routines, some Yoga poses and Pilates specific exercises for stability.   A particular sequence is administered tailored to your needs; movements that release fascia and specific isometric exercises to effectively increase range of motion.  She uses various gentle manual therapy tools when needed.
